Yes. 7 days, no credit card required. You can process up to 50 documents. Email, WhatsApp, portals, and upload are all available during the trial.
Gmail, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook.com, Yahoo, iCloud, and any IMAP inbox. Email is available on the free trial, but the 50-document cap still applies.
Billpal looks for invoice and receipt attachments in inboxes you connect. We only keep those files, plus message and attachment IDs, so the same document is not imported twice.
Billpal is not accounting software. There is no P&L or balance sheet in the app. All it does is collect bills and receipts, extract the data, and feed that into the accounting ledger you connect. You can also export a CSV and import it into whatever you already use.
You are billed per extra processed document at your tier's overage rate, starting at $0.50 on the first tier. Higher tiers have cheaper overages. Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
A portal is a custom AI agent that logs in to a vendor website and downloads PDF invoices. We do not ship pre-made connectors. They break when the vendor's site changes. Paste a vendor URL, sign in once, and optionally set a schedule. We store the cookies, not your password.
Yes. Each company or client gets its own workspace, with its own invoices, contacts, chart of accounts, rules, and integrations. No limit on workspaces. Billpal has no seat-based pricing, so users and workspaces are not billed separately. Price is documents per month for the whole account, all workspaces combined.
